Why we started
For nearly a decade inside Cubical Services' SME division, we kept seeing the same story. Talented Kuwaiti founders — 25, 35, 45 years old — chasing a real business, but drowning in feasibility numbers, ministry queues and operational firefighting.
They built brands customers loved. But they were also the cashier, the accountant, the HR manager, the licensing officer — and often the bottleneck. The business owned them, not the other way around.
In 2019 we spun off as Alliance for exactly that founder: someone who wants a profitable, systemized business and the freedom to spend their week on product, sales, and the people they love — not paperwork.
