Consultancy in Kuwait for SMEs and Founders

Alliance is a Kuwait-based consultancy that sets up companies, runs the government paperwork, keeps the books clean and builds the systems that make growth predictable — one team instead of four vendors.

  • Government (PRO) services — renewals, approvals, work permits
  • Bookkeeping, management accounts and fractional CFO support
  • Strategy, pricing and operating systems for growing SMEs
Consultants meeting a business owner in a Kuwait City office

Search "consultancy in Kuwait" and you'll find two extremes: global firms priced for corporates, and one-man agencies that disappear after the licence is issued. Kuwait's SMEs sit in the middle — they need practical help with the ministry, the numbers and the plan, from people who answer the phone.

That's the gap Alliance was built for. Since 2019 we've supported 800+ businesses across 100+ sectors in Kuwait, and the work usually starts the same way: a free 30-minute conversation about where the business is stuck. From there we scope a clear engagement with a price range up front, and you keep every system, template and file we build.

What makes our consultancy different

One team, four disciplines

Setup, government services, finance and strategy under one roof — no handoffs between a licensing agent, an accountant and an advisor.

Kuwait ground knowledge

MOCI, PAM, KCCI, municipality and the major banks. We know which counters move fast and which documents get rejected.

Transparent price ranges

Every proposal is quoted as a range before work starts, with government fixed fees shown separately at cost.

You keep the systems

SOPs, dashboards, chart of accounts and templates stay with your business after the engagement ends.

Services we deliver

Company setup & licensing

Entity choice, MOCI activity codes, commercial licence, signage and lease compliance — from name reservation to open doors.

Government & PRO services

Licence renewals, work permits, residency files, ministry approvals and ongoing compliance handled by our government desk.

Bookkeeping & management accounts

Monthly books, reconciliations and a management pack you can actually read. Packages typically KD 200–500/month by volume.

Fractional CFO

Cash-flow forecasting, pricing, margin analysis and bank/investor reporting — senior finance without a full-time hire.

Feasibility & market entry

Demand, cost and break-even modelling before you commit capital to a new venture, branch or product line.

Operations & growth advisory

SOPs, org design, hiring plans and a 90-day roadmap that gets the business off the founder's shoulders.

Frequently asked questions

What does a consultancy in Kuwait actually do?+

It helps owners make and execute decisions: choosing and licensing the right entity, handling government paperwork, keeping books and reporting clean, and building the strategy and systems that make growth predictable. Alliance covers all four — most clients start with one and add others over time.

How much do consultancy services in Kuwait cost?+

A one-off strategy session starts from around KD 300. Monthly bookkeeping typically runs KD 200–500 depending on transaction volume, and larger advisory engagements are quoted as a range after a free scoping call. Government fixed fees are passed through at cost.

Do you work with foreign-owned companies?+

Yes — Kuwaiti, GCC and foreign owners. Most foreign founders set up a WLL with a local structure, and we handle everything downstream. For 100% foreign ownership, clients apply directly with KDIPA; Alliance handles WLL and downstream setup.

How long does a typical engagement take?+

Company setup usually runs a few weeks depending on activity and premises approvals. Bookkeeping and CFO support are ongoing monthly. Strategy and systemisation engagements are normally scoped over 90 days.

Can we work remotely, or do we need to visit your office?+

Both work. Many clients run entirely over WhatsApp, email and video calls, with our team handling ministry visits. If you prefer face-to-face, our office is in Qibla, Kuwait City.
